Charlotte Roberts
Administrator
As Administrator, Charlotte Roberts is responsible for the daily operations of the facility as directed by the Board of Directors, ensuring quality resident care and fulfilling the mission of Bourbon Heights, Inc.Charlotte obtained her Associates in Accounting from Maysville Community College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Midway College. Working at Bourbon Heights, Inc. since 1995, Charlotte started at the ground level and worked her way to Administrator in 2014.
As a single mom, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her daughters, Katy and Kristin, reading and swimming in her spare time.

Deanna Eads, R.N.
Director of Nursing
As Director of Nursing, Deanna Eads oversees the nursing department, which is the largest department and is the heart of resident care. Deanna can often be found interacting and helping the residents and nursing employees throughout the day and ensuring they have the knowledge, skill, and compassion to carry out their responsibilities With 109 residents, the nursing department never stops, often receiving calls in the middle of the night and on weekends, Deanna is always available for the residents and employees.Deanna began her career at Bourbon Heights in February 2003 as a Unit Coordinator and assumed the responsibility of Director of Nursing in July 2003. Deanna enjoys spending time with her daughters and stepsons, along with her 14 grandchildren. She also enjoys reading and sewing in her spare time.

Julie Dale
Admissions/Business Office Manager
As Admissions and Business Office Manager, Julie is usually the first person that families meet. Julie shares her compassion from being a State Registered Nursing Assistant since 2009 to help guide residents and families through the admission process. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Julie transitioned to the office where she uses her knowledge to help in all aspects of the office, including accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, employee benefits, resident trust, and financial statements.
